Lisa has served as a strategy and operations executive and business consultant for high-growth startups and Fortune 500 companies for over a decade. She partners with CEOs and executive teams to navigate critical growth stages—from seed funding through IPO. She has been an integral part of leadership teams that have delivered remarkable results: growing revenue from $10MM to over $450MM in 6 years, scaling companies from fewer than 20 to over 6,000 distributed employees, guiding companies from bootstrapped to unicorn status, securing over $500MM in investment across multiple funding rounds, building industry-leading brands, and leading major business transformation efforts. While Lisa’s services are industry agnostic, she has experience in B2B and B2C with Proptech, Biotech, Healthtech, and consumer product development.

Lisa remains active in the VC community as a former Fellow with Rogue Women's Fund and serves as both judge and coach for the Bend Venture Conference. She also co-founded Deschutes Women in Business, a community dedicated to empowering local women.

For fun: Lisa is an avid snowboarder, new mountain-biker, and mom to two small humans. She loves mid century design, traveling, and delicious food.

With his deep roots in executive coaching and analytics, Scott brings a data-driven perspective to every aspect of a business. He has held roles as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Analytics Officer, President, and COO across several TravelTech, PropTech, and Marketplace businesses. Scott developed Vacasa’s proprietary dynamic pricing algorithms, built the Revenue and Marketing teams, and enabled global scale and soaring revenue. His product and teams have generated billions in cumulative gross sales, and converted millions of customers. From FP&A and Operations, to Sales and Marketing - his insights and experience bring all facets of a startup together into a cohesive story, told with data and written with results. He specializes in supporting founders work through the people, processes, product, and life challenges that unlock personal and business growth.

Scott is a member of the Rotary Club of Greater Bend and has served as a board member and advisor for many companies and local organizations.

For fun: Scott loves to cook and is always creating something new and delicious to feed his family and friends. He spends his time enjoying Bend’s beautiful outdoors with his wife and two kids.
